Topsails are set highest, where the wind is cleanest. For the top of your head: a water-light serum of five biomimetic peptides with rosemary, eucalyptus, saw palmetto and wheat-germ extracts. A few drops on the scalp, worked in with the fingertips for a minute, for hair that looks and feels fuller.
